Temioua
   In the Creation Legend of the Uapes, a branch of the Tupi-Guarani Indians, a girl of this name fled from her home to avoid an undesirable marriage and subsequently became the wife of a Yacami chief. She brought forth two eggs from which were hatched a boy, Pinon, who became the constellation Orion, and his sister, who became the Pleiades.
